The care categories below are links to one or more participating churches and other organizations involved in helping people.  Contact them to receive help. 

Chemically Dependent Anonymous meets:

Mondays at 7 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 6600 Laurel-Bowie Road.

Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at Unity Place at Railroad Avenue in Old Bowie.

Thursdays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays at 7 p.m. at Village Baptist Church, 1950 Mitchellville Road.

Nar-Anon Maryland Family Groups follows the Al-Anon Family Groups Program which meets weekly to help relatives and friends of drug abusers.  Click here to find a local meeting.  Call Elizabeth at 410-451-3489.

Al-Anon/ Alateen Family Groups has but one purpose: to help families of alcoholics (Tradition 5). Click here to find a local meeting.

Teen Challenge of Maryland is a local Christian organization which successfully works with people who have life-controlling problems and are without the necessary resources and opportunities to live productively. Support groups for people that are using drugs or love ones who want to know more about drug abuse are held weekly at their facilities.  Click here to view their comprehensive listing of services.
